And I am certain /that God, who began [the good work] /within you, will continue his work

/until it is finally finished /on the day //when Christ Jesus returns.

* 형용사의 내용설명인 that절/부사절 /that God will continue his work until~

* 삽입절/형절 , who began the good work /within you,

* 전목인 명사구 the day //when Christ Jesus returns. 명+형절/관계 부사절 ; 선행 명사를 수식함

* 타동사구 carry on ; continue an activity or task, behave in a particular way.
