Help, O Lord, for the godly are fast disappearing!
The faithful have vanished /from the earth!

Help 도와주세요, O Lord 오 주님, for 왜냐면 the godly 경건한 사람들이 are fast 빠르게 disappearing 사라지기 때문입니다!
The faithful 신실한 사람들은 have vanished 실종되었습니다 /from the earth 땅/세상으로부터!

1 Help us, Lord!
There is not [a good person /left];
honest people can no longer be found.

speaking with flattering lips and deceitful hearts.

* 인간의 거짓말은 물론 속이려는 거짓말도 있지만 속이려는 의도는 없고 진실하지만 결국 속임이 되는 경우도 많은데

그건 거짓 진리를 신실진실하게 진짜 진리로 믿어 신실진실하게 말하지만 본질상 거짓이라 결국 신실한? 기만이 되고

남의 얘기를 듣고 사실로 믿는 경우도 많지만 자기 자신의 생각을 진리로 믿고 말하는 건 누구나 다 하는 자타 기만인 건

상대적이고 불완전한 피조물이며 죽을 운명인 인간의 생각/관점/시각/의견이 진리가 될 확률이 전무하기 때문이다

May the Lord cut off [their flattering lips]
and silence [their boastful tongues].

May the Lord 주님께서 cut off 잘라내기를 소원합니다 [their 그들의 flattering 아첨하는 lips 입술을]
and silence 침묵시키십시오 [their 그들의 boastful 자랑하는 tongues 입술을].

 

* 기원에 쓰인 조동사 may

* 형역 분사 flattering 현분사의 능동 주체인 lips 수식, 

* 동사로 쓰인 to silence ; to prohibit or prevent from speaking.

* 혀를 잘라내라고 기도한다고 해서 그대로 이루어진다 할 수는 없지만

우리도 현실적으로 아첨하는 사람들의 말을 들을 때 울화가 치밀어 그 혀가 잘라졌으면 하는 심정과 동조할 수 있기에

시편 기자는 그런 감정을 진솔하게 하나님께 말씀드리는 것이다 보는데 나는 그리 않으니 그리하는 상대가 틀렸다 하면

그건 내가 모르는 시편 기자의 현실을 나만 아는 내 현실적 시각에 맞추어 판단한 결과라 불의한 판단이 된다 봄 (마 7:1)

They say, “We will lie /to our hearts’ content.
Our lips are our own—who can stop us?”

They 그들은 say 말합니다, “We 우리는 will lie 거짓말할 것이다 /to our hearts’ content 우리의 마음에 흡족한 데로.
Our lips 우리의 입술은 are our own 우리 자신의 것이다—who 누가 can stop 중단할 수 있을까 us 우리를?”

* 우리의 몸 전체뿐만 아니고 세상 전체를 하나님께서 창조하셨기에 우리가 주인이 될 수 없는데도

신자/불신자를 무론하고 대부분 자기 몸을 자기 것으로 착각하고 살지만 머지 안아 죽음으로 빼앗길 것이고

죽음 후에 심판대에서 제 맘대로 하나님의 소유를 노략질한 것에 대한 처벌이 있을 것이라

지금 당장 내 소유권 주장을 포기하고 소유권자이신 하나님의 의도/뜻/취향에 맞추어 사용해야 하는데

이미 혀를 악하게 사용하여  마귀에게 사로잡힌 노예 처지의 사람들에겐 마귀가 절대로 허용하지 않을 것이다

* wish refers to impossible or unlikely events,

* 비교 hope ; used for things that are possible and likely to happen or be achieved, something positive and doable.

* 명사 부정인 no를 쓴 부정문이나 한글엔 없는 표현이므로 동사 부정으로 의역함

* 인간의 말은 현실구현의 능력이 있기에 원함을 얼마간 성취하지만 각각의 사람들의 능력, 환경, 지위고하의 제한상

말 그대로 100% 성취는 전무하고 말만 낳고 말-고아 시키는 경우도 부지기수고 도중하자-말도 수두룩한데

궁극적으로는 말 임자가 죽으면 그가 내놓은 말은 유령처럼 난무하나 육체가 없는 관계상 아무것도 성취하지 못하므로

아직 살아있는 사람들의 귀를 통해 산자 몸에 들어가서 말-성취를 기대하지만 역시나 죽으면 끝이라 헛 것으로 끝나지만

하나님의 말씀은 비와 눈처럼 하늘에서 내려와 땅을 적시고 열매를 맺어 양식과 씨로 인간구원을 성취하신다 (사 55:10-11)

The Lord replies, “I have seen [violence] [done to the helpless],
and I have heard [the groans of the poor].
Now I will rise up /to rescue them,
as they have longed /for me to do.”

The Lord 주님께서 replies 대답하셨다,

“I 나는 have seen 들었다 [violence 폭력을] [done 행해진 to the helpless 약자들에게],
and I 나는 have heard 들었다 [the groans 신음소리를 of the poor 가난한 자들의].
Now 이제 I 나는 will rise up 일어날 것이다 /to rescue 구조하려고 them 그들을,
as they 그들은 have longed 염원해 왔다 /for me 내가 to do 하도록.”

 

* 감각동사 5 형식, seen [violence] [done to the helpless],

“because 왜냐면 the needy 궁핍자들이 are oppressed 압제당하기 때문이고
and the persecuted 압제당하는 이들이 groan 신음한다 /in pain 고통 속에서.
I 나는 will give 줄 것이다 [them 그들에게] [the security 안전보장을 (that) 그건 they 그들이 long for 염원했던].”

like silver refined in a furnace,
purified seven times over.

purified 불순물이 제거된 seven times over 7회 반복으로.
