I will exalt you, Lord, for you rescued me.
You refused [to let my enemies triumph over me].

의미는 to let His name be worshipped, exalted, honored, and adored on earth as it is in heaven.인데

CEV ; help us to honor your name. "우리가 당신의 이름을 존경하도록 도우십시요"로 번역됨 (마 6:9)

예수님의 존함에 존칭어를 붙이는 건 존경의 기본이지만 진정함으로 부르되 거룩한 행위를 더해야 참 존경이 된다 봄

 

* 주의 ; 한 단어에 여러 뜻이 있지만 번역상 한 정의만 쓸 수 있기에 원어의 의미를 변개하는 것은 아니나 맛은 절감됨

For his anger lasts /only a moment,
but his favor lasts /a lifetime!
Weeping may last /through the night,
but joy comes /with the morning.

For 왜냐면 his anger 그분의 분노는 lasts 지속되지만 /only 단지 a moment 한 순간만,
but 그러나 his favor 그분의 호의는 lasts 지속됩니다 /a lifetime 일생동안!
Weeping 통곡은 may last 지속될 수 있지만 /through the night 밤새동안,
but joy 기쁨은 comes 옵니다 /with the morning 아침과 함께.

5   Your anger lasts /a little while, but your kindness lasts /for a lifetime. 

At night we may cry, but when morning comes we will celebrate.

I begged [the Lord] /for mercy, saying,

9 “What will you gain /if I die,

Can my dust praise you?
Can it tell /of your faithfulness?

Once I have turned /to dust,

how can I praise you or tell [how loyal you are]?

You have turned my mourning /into joyful dancing.
You have taken away [my clothes of mourning] and clothed me /with joy,

12 that I might sing praises /to you and not be silent.
O Lord my God, I will give [you] [thanks] /forever!

* mourning : the act of sorrowing 애통

* 비교 morning ; the period of time between midnight and noon, especially from sunrise to noon. 아침

* 동음이어 homophones ; they sound exactly the same, but they have different meanings. 

                 Morning refers to the early part of the day, and mourning refers to the expression of sorrow.
